A work queue in CollectPlus answers the question and lists every debtor, with a one-click access to the dialer, so you can quickly place each call and work through your list. Workqueues can be configured to refresh periodically so you always stay on top of things.

You can also:
- Enter notes during and after your call
- Schedule a follow-up call with one-click

As well as:
- Open the details of the debt
- Collect the payment immediately
