In our experience, we have found there is certain information required by CollectPlus Rental Customers to ensure the rental process runs smoothly. As we are committed to providing an outstanding level of client care, we have compiled the most important and current rental information regarding registration keys, payment submissions and technical support.
|After signing your CollectPlus Rental Agreement, you will receive your product registration key. This key is valid for one month. A new product registration key is issued for each new month that you arecurrent on your rental payment cycle. Your payment must be received in our office before the 1st of each month to continue using your software.|
|Please be aware that if your account is not current, the registration key will auto-lock preventing you from continuing to use the software. Upon receipt of your late payment the Administration Department will issue you a new registration key that will then reactivate your licenses.|

|CollectPlus Rental customers pay for the software on a monthly basis based on their Rental Agreement. As noted, your payments must be received in our office he 1st of each month to continue using your software. There are two ways in which you can submit your rental payments:|
|With ACH Authorization, we automatically debit your bank account or charge a credit card for your payment on the same day of each month. This method requires you to complete an ACH Authorization Form and email it to our office at firstname.lastname@example.org. To download the ACH Authorization Form, click here.|
|Mailing or Delivering Your Payment|
|You may also mail or deliver your payment to our office. If you are mailing your payments please remember that your payments must be received in our office he 1st of each month to continue using your software, so please allow for mailing time. Payments should be mailed to:|
